Joseph LeBlanc

Joseph LeBlanc is an experienced filmmaker and sound designer in Chicago. With a diverse skill set in location sound mixing, sound design, and live sound, he is always busy with some crazy project.

Joseph got his start making horror films in the Boston area before heading west to the Windy City to pursue his bachelor’s in filmmaking from Columbia College Chicago. Since graduating in 2022, he’s worked as a location sound mixer and as a sound editor on numerous narrative projects and commercials. He has interned at Powered By Action, Noisefloorand is currently set to be trained in A1 mixing by Big Ten Network.

Since joining Second Unitarian Church in March 2023, Joseph has brought a polished but intentional feel to the Sunday Service and robust broad experience. He also dedicates his time to upgrading all things audiovisual. From fixing lobby speakers to installing wireless sound systems, Joseph is always focused on improving the media experience for everyone at 2U. For stronger connections bear stronger bonds.
